ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ESPN Bet Casino platform (the "Platform") by any individual or entity accessing it, whether as a new user or an existing customer (collectively referred to herein as "User" or "Users"). By using the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If User does not agree with any of the provisions in these Terms, User must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are physically present within the jurisdictions where the Platform has been licensed, as determined by PENN Entertainment ("Operator") in its sole discretion. Users must be at least 21 years old (or such higher age as may be required by applicable law) and must not be a prohibited person or entity under any applicable laws.
ACCOUNT CREATION
To use the Platform, User will need to create an account with Operator. User warrants that all information provided upon registration is accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date. Operator reserves the right to verify this information at its sole discretion.
PROMOTIONS AND REWARDS
All promotions, rewards, or offers made available through the Platform are subject to these Terms and any specific terms governing those particular promotions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion, offer, or reward at any time without prior notice.
GAMING REGULATIONS
The use of the Platform is governed by applicable gaming laws in each jurisdiction where it has been licensed. Users must comply with all applicable regulations and directives issued by such jurisdictions regarding online gambling.
PAYMENT PROCESSING TERMS
We reserve the right to accept or reject any payment method, withdraw from supporting certain payment methods at any time without prior notice, and modify any terms associated with our payment processing procedures.
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are entirely responsible for their actions on the Platform. Operator reserves the right to limit User's activity if it has reason to believe that a User is operating under the influence of alcohol or other substance impairing judgment and decision-making, or if they otherwise reasonably suspect such abuse.
SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION
We take our customers' safety very seriously. All data provided by Users is stored securely in compliance with industry-standard encryption methods, but no system can guarantee absolute security from unauthorized access.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with the use of the Platform, except to the extent required by applicable law. We may limit User's losses and liabilities on certain wagers under these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed. Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms will be resolved solely in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in such jurisdiction, without any reference to choice-of-law principles.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Platform is owned and copyrighted by Operator, PENN Entertainment, ESPNSports Media & Content LLC (collectively referred to as "Operator"), or their respective licensees. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of such material without our consent may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other violations under applicable law.
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
We comply with all regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements in each jurisdiction where the Platform has been licensed. Users must cooperate fully with Operator's efforts to prevent money laundering and assist in any investigations into suspected non-compliance.
MISUSE OF PLATFORM
Any misuse of the Platform by a User will be considered grounds for terminating this Agreement, or seeking damages for actual loss arising from such misbehavior. This includes but is not limited to sharing accounts between multiple parties, attempting unauthorized access with hacking tools, exploiting security vulnerabilities, and engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
TERMINATION
Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit or terminate User's account for reasons that may include without limitation: a failure by User to comply with these Terms; suspicion of fraud, cheating, or manipulation; use of hacking tools or software, and unauthorized access to any system or computer network used by Operator.
AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS
Operator will determine in its sole discretion whether the Platform requires modifications to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations as well as updates for maintaining the integrity and security of our online gambling operations.
LEGAL PROCESSING OF PAYMENT INFORMATION
All payment transactions made through or on the Platform are subject to review by Operator and/or our third-party payment service providers, which may require processing personal and financial information (collectively "Payment Information") provided by Users in order to facilitate a smooth gaming experience. In addition, certain jurisdictions mandate the submission of such Payment Information as part of license requirements.
USE OF PAYMENT INFORMATION
We reserve the right at any time without prior notice: To use or store any personal and financial information, which we have obtained from payments for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and in accordance with laws, rules, and procedures established by our regulators; and to share payment information with third parties as necessary for the purposes of verification or under legal requirements.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case a dispute arises between Users and us over any transaction on the Platform, we will handle this dispute through clear resolution methods that meet international standards set out in laws such as relevant Consumer Protection Acts.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All matters arising from or related to these Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy or claim that may arise between users and the Operator shall be brought within the jurisdiction where our casino is licensed.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between User and us regarding access to the Platform. These terms supersede all previous agreements, both written and oral.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Operator reserves its rights to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting on this page or in general through our application. All changes made will be effective immediately upon posting here.
